*Please note - Once you submit your appointment request it has to be accepted. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your appointment has been submitted and a secondary email indicating if it has been accepted or rejected.

**Appointment requests may take up to 2 business days to be replied to. Thank you for your patience.

*POLICY UPDATE* Failure to cancel your scheduled appointment with 24 hours notice of your appointment time  will result in a $40 cancellation fee. No-showed appointments will be required to pay for their missed appointment in FULL before being able to re-book a new appointment. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR PUP. Text or call 647-712-3507 to cancel an appointment.
